To provide individualized nutritional counseling, reliable nutrition / wellness information and scientifically sound advice to meet each client's specific nutrition, wellness and lifestyle needs, preferences and objectives.  

Company Profile

This private nutrition & wellness practice was founded in the fall of 2002 by 
Karen Francis, registered dietitian (RD), certified dietitian - nutritionist (CD-N) 
to provide support and assistance to individuals who are interested in learning to make the "right choices" about food and nutrition to attain optimum health and wellness.  Her emphasis is on "moderation, not deprivation".
